As a U.K.-based company pitches a data center to local officials in Lansing, a former member of the city planning commission is helping the company make its case to the public.

Josh Hovey, a former member of the planning commission and a partner at Bellwether Public Relations, serves as a spokesperson for data center company Deep Green. Hovey told Michigan Advance that Bellwether had begun working with the data center company in October.
