Two former Republican legislators charged with criminal trespass in Big Horn County Justice Court said this week Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks relied on inaccurate information when it issued them misdemeanor citations.

Last month, former Republican lawmakers Jason Priest and Scott Boulanger, as well as Dustin Temple, a former director of Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass and failure to obtain permission from a property owner before attempting to hunt.
