The N.H. Attorney General’s Office is no longer pursuing an investigation into an allegation that former state Rep. Dylan Germana, D-Keene, was not living in the district he represented.

“This matter is now closed,” Sean R. Locke, senior assistant attorney general, said in a June 3 letter addressed to Christopher Maidment of Peterborough, a Republican consultant who filed the residency complaint.
