The Alabama Commission on Higher Education Tuesday approved several scholarships for students this fall.

The four programs given final approval by ACHE are the National Guard Educational Assistance Program, Loan Assistance in Support of Educators in Alabama (LASEA) Program, (RE)Engage Alabama Grant Program and the Alabama Law Enforcement Officers’ Family Scholarship. The financial assistance programs were approved by the Alabama Legislature during the 2026 regular session.
