The Alabama House of Representatives Wednesday passed a $3.7 billion General Fund budget, moving it closer to final passage.

SB 146, sponsored by Sen. Greg Albritton, R-Atmore, is a $12.6 million (0.003%) increase over the Senate-passed version of the bill.
