DOVER — Anti-ICE activists are celebrating, but also remain on alert, after Citizens Bank ended its credit lines for two private prison operators that run detention facilities for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The De-ICE Citizens Bank Coalition held months of protests, starting in January, assailing the bank's financial ties with CoreCivic and The GEO Group.
