As federal judges have ruled that three immigrants were wrongly jailed in West Virginia, the state continues to hold hundreds of immigrant detainees in its overcrowded jails.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston on Wednesday ordered the release of Danny Briceno-Solano from South Central Regional Jail, where he has been held for weeks. The jail is overcrowded.
