FRANKFORT — Gov. Andy Beshear headlined the annual Fairness Rally in Frankfort Wednesday, praising LGBTQ+ advocates who “fight for what’s right.”

“Don’t back down, not to a Republican supermajority here, not to a president elsewhere,” the Democratic governor told a gathering of about 100 people that filled the Capitol Education Center.
