HAMPTON — Brian Evans, the crooner behind the viral song "At Fenway," has filed a federal lawsuit against the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, alleging a “decades-long campaign to destroy” his professional reputation and personal well-being through defamation, slander and tortious interference.
