As Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) delivered a stump speech for Del. Malcolm Ruff (D-Baltimore City) on Tuesday in Baltimore, loud music suddenly filled the rainy afternoon air.

It was a theme song for Ruff’s opponent, Sen. Dalya Attar (D-Baltimore City), who was campaigning just a few feet away.
