Gubernatorial candidates Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson, former Attorney General Mike Cox and former Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan — two Democrats, a Republican and an independent, respectively— will appear at an education forum hosted by the Michigan Education Association in Detroit on Friday morning.
