BERLIN — The Berlin Community Fridge is all about neighbors helping neighbors no matter the time or day when someone needs food.

Word of the community fridge is spreading, including on a dedicated Facebook page, Berlin Community Fridge. The fridge is located inside a wooden shed with a metal latch on Gilbert Street across from the Berlin Police Station and next to the parks department garage.
