FRANKFORT — Democratic Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has vetoed a bill that critics say would block Kentuckians from suing pesticide companies for failing to warn of their products’ hazards.

Beshear called it “dangerous for Kentuckians” and something that “flies in the face of making America healthy.”
