Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear’s first veto during this year’s legislative session rejects an effort to remake leadership of the state’s broadband network KentuckyWired.

The Democratic governor called the bill “yet another unconstitutional partisan power grab” by a legislature controlled by a Republican supermajority.
