The Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland notched a victory on its expanded list of legislative priorities Thursday, the same day caucus members unveiled their agenda.

The Senate voted 32-13 and the House voted 99-38 vote to approve emergency legislation that would prohibit agreements between local law enforcement agencies and federal immigration authorities.
