New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has signed into law nearly every piece of legislation that lawmakers passed in this year’s 30-day session. Wednesday was the governor’s deadline to sign or veto bills — anything she did not act on died as a “pocket veto” once the deadline passed.
