College students who are considering their potential futures in West Virginia traveled to the state Capitol on Monday, where they met with lawmakers and shared their growing concerns over the state’s approach to data center development.

More than 50 students from West Virginia University and Concord University came to the Capitol as part of the 36th annual Environmental Day, which is hosted by the West Virginia Environmental Council.
