Every day, Colorado restaurants spend money on plastic forks, sauce packets, napkins, and straws that customers don’t want or use. Those costs add up, and so does the waste.

Restaurant waste represents about 80% of all litter in our communities. Senate Bill 26‑146 offers a simple fix: Require restaurants and third‑party delivery services to include disposable foodware only when customers request it.
