MOHLER — A Colville man who led Lincoln County deputies on a high-speed chase over two counties Monday, May 4, is being held in the Stevens County Jail pending extradition.

Joshua Michael Stultz, 44, is being held on $50,000 bond and awaiting extradition to Davenport, where he is expected to face charges in connection with a theft and the pursuit that exceeded 146 mph.
