In the past four years, Good Neighbor Health Clinic has seen its weekly patient volume triple and more new patients with increasingly complex conditions seeking care.

About four years ago, the free medical clinic in White River Junction, Vt., regularly saw about 18 to 20 patients per week and is now seeing more than 60, executive director Elizabeth Franson said.
