Hope for Prisoners CEO Jon Ponder is under investigation for alleged misconduct, the non-profit organization confirmed Thursday.

On Monday, the Nevada Department of Corrections told the Current that Ponder no longer works with the department, where HFP provided reentry assistance to inmates.
