The DeSantis administration proposed rule changes Wednesday that would allow it pare back who qualifies for the federally funded AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and limit the benefits available.

Once adopted, the proposed rules would implement previously announced changes the DOH said would take effect March 1 to ADAP to avert a purported $120 million projected shortfall.
