BERLIN — Police investigators in court last week painted a picture of an early morning shooting spree that damaged vehicles and buildings at three locations in Berlin on March 21 and presented evidence that they believe ties damage to Richard Devoid, 67, of Gorham who has been charged with several counts of reckless conduct with a firearm.
