Incumbent Public Service Commissioner Annie Bukacek was holding onto her seat by a thread in a three-way Republican primary in early returns on Tuesday.

But no precincts were fully counted yet in Lewis and Clark County, where her two opponents are based.

In District No. 5 around 10:15 p.m., Bukacek had 35% of the vote with Joe Dooling at 34% and David Sanders trailing at 33%.
