Taking a phased approach to annexing unincorporated Esperance into Edmonds is a popular idea among some Edmonds City Councilmembers.

During a virtual study session Wednesday afternoon, BERK Consulting presented its final Esperance annexation fiscal analysis. No decision to initiate or approve annexation was made.
