OSSIPEE — It’s not too late for Carroll County to keep its emergency communications tower on Village District of Eidelweiss property, according to Eidelweiss Commissioner Mark Graffam, who said the district is not asking the county to increase its insurance coverage — it is asking the county to comply with an insurance requirement it agreed to nearly nine years ago.
