FRANKFORT — Emily Brook Benningfield, the secretary of the Louisville Democratic Party, has filed a sworn complaint with the Kentucky Legislative Ethics Commission asking for an investigation of Sen. Julie Raque Adams’ compensation from a nonprofit called Kentucky Strong Inc. which has been funded exclusively by lobbying interests in recent years.
