AIRWAY HEIGHTS – Law enforcement officials have arrested a man for allegedly starting the Old Trails Fire on Saturday, Aug. 1.

Aaron Farinacci, 37, is being held in the Spokane County Jail on $1 million bail, charged with first-degree arson.
