The State of Nevada is now up to 40 lawsuits against the Trump administration, according to Attorney General Aaron Ford.

Ford, a Democrat, held a press conference Tuesday to highlight his office’s legal efforts against the Trump administration, whose actions he called “not only illegal and unconstitutional but entirely immoral.”

“It has seemed that every week the president attempted to circumvent the limitations of power that our country has placed on the office,” said Ford.
