A former Indiana Recount Commission member is stepping in for the panel’s review of a 14-vote margin state Senate race.

The change comes after Sen. Liz Brown of Fort Wayne objected to Indianapolis attorney Paul Mullin serving on the three-member commission because of campaign contributions he made to her Republican primary opponent.
