DOVER — The stage is being set for the demolition of the historic Gen. Sullivan Bridge, which is scheduled to start in March.

The bridge, built in 1934, has been closed for years. It's located adjacent to the Little Bay bridges, which carry vehicular traffic between Dover and Newington along routes 4, 16 and the Spaulding Turnpike.
