A celebration of life event for Fargo state lawmaker Rep. Liz Conmy will be held Friday.

The event will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the RiverHaven Events Center in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Gov. Kelly Armstrong directed all U.S. and North Dakota flags to be flown at half-staff from dawn until dusk on Friday in honor and remembrance of Conmy. Armstrong encouraged North Dakotans to do the same at their homes and businesses.
