On the first official day of a new legislative session, Gov. Janet Mills is allowing dozens of bills from last year to become law.

While Mills announced that 52 bills approved by lawmakers last legislative session that were awaiting final approval will become law, she also decided to veto a proposal that sought to clarify the recent Right to Repair referendum voters approved.
