The House Committee on Science, Technology, and Energy voted on Monday to recommend a bill that would make the depletion of New Hampshire’s Renewable Energy Fund official for the second time in a year.

That’s despite some uncertainty over the constitutionality of the original move to gut the fund and other disagreements on the committee, which ultimately voted, 10-8, to recommend passage of Senate Bill 599.
