The U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agent who was found passed out in his car and covered in vomit earlier this year pleaded guilty to drunken driving and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Alfredo Mancillas Jr. pleaded guilty on July 15 to one count of misdemeanor fourth-degree driving while intoxicated. As part of the plea, Ramsey County District Judge Maria Mitchell dismissed a higher charge of third-degree DWI.
