Indiana Department of Child Services Director Adam Krupp remains on leave more than two months after he was first hospitalized for an undisclosed medical event, the State Personnel Department has confirmed.

“DCS operations and services continue without interruption,” State Personnel Department spokesman Kirollos Barsoum told the Capital Chronicle this week.

Jennifer Dorfmeyer, the agency’s chief deputy director, continues to serve as acting director during Krupp’s absence, according to DCS spokesman Ron Green.
