A California woman who defrauded a Montana bank of more than $170,000 was found guilty Thursday by a federal jury, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme of Montana said in a news release.

Following a one-and-a-half-day trial, Kristin Renee Zelonish Edwards, 38, was found guilty of four counts of bank fraud, the news release said.

Edwards faces 30 years of imprisonment on each count, a $1,000,000 fine, and five years of supervised release.
