FRANKFORT — Kentucky’s community college system and a public university have agreed on a way to make it even easier for their students to transfer general education credits.

The presidents of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and Morehead State University signed the first common course agreement in the state in front of lawmakers at the Capitol Annex Wednesday morning.
