Gov. Jeff Landry has appointed Lake Charles businessman John Condos, who has donated hundreds of thousands to Landry and Republicans, to the LSU Board of Supervisors.

Condos, who owns businesses in the healthcare law and medical marijuana fields, was previously a member of the University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors and has served as one of Landry’s appointees to the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District since 2024.
