LOUISVILLE — Kentucky Lantern reporters and freelancers won six awards during the Kentucky Press Association Winter Convention awards dinner in Louisville on Friday.

The Kentucky Lantern won first place in the best website design category.

Judges wrote that there is “something for everyone who accesses this site” and that it has a “great variety of stories in a well laid out format.”
