Lucy’s Ethiopian Restaurant owner Woldu Tereda recently bought 25 pounds of tomatoes for $53. One week earlier, the same amount of tomatoes had cost $17, three times less.

“Every time I go to Restaurant Depot, I get frustrated,” Tereda told the Nevada Current. “Every time I go, maybe once or twice a week, it’s ‘Surprise!’ It’s always more.”
