Early voting is underway for a legislative special election to fill the vacant Maine House of Representatives seat for Lewiston.

The Feb. 24 special election was scheduled after House District 94 Rep. Kristen Cloutier, a Democrat, announced in November that she was resigning from her post in the Maine Legislature to work in Senate President Mattie Daughtry’s office.
