Louisiana’s Ten Commandments mandate is now enforceable.

On Feb. 20, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals allowed a state law requiring the Ten Commandments be displayed in every public school classroom — from kindergarten through state-funded universities — to take effect, lifting the prior block on enforcement.
