The Michigan House Judiciary Committee heard testimony on a set of bills from Rep. Matthew Bierlein (R-Vassar) that would expand the Michigan’s Sex Offenders Registration Act (SORA) by including an employment ban for any “business that primarily provides services to individuals under the age of 18.”
