NASHUA, NH – The Board of Aldermen (BoA) approved a license agreement with Harbor Care on Thursday, Sept. 10, to implement a proof-of-concept model for a resource center.

The agreement will go into effect this month and run through Aug. 31, 2027.

The city’s Department of Public Health and Community Services will operate the proof-of-concept resource center at Harbor Care’s 45 High St. location seven days a week, from 9 a.m. …
