Following the United State’s Environmental Protection Agency’s February reversal on its 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding, Michigan’s attorney general is joining a lawsuit challenging the agency’s decision to rescind that determination.

Attorney General Dana Nessel on Thursday announced she would be joining 24 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and 12 cities and counties filing a suit against the EPA.
