The Nevada Housing Division signed off Thursday on a plan to spend about two-thirds of the $133 million allocated over two years to help build housing for low and middle income Nevadans. State legislators approved the funding last year as part of the Nevada Housing Access and Attainability Act, which was spearheaded by Gov. Joe Lombardo.
