“Moving Mountains,” by Marie and John Osborn, is one of the best Idaho books I have ever encountered. It was published last year, by Idaho’s own Caxton Press, as a large format paperback. It tells an uphill, human, sometimes harrowing, and altogether admirable story about building rural medical capacity in the unique Idaho community of Stanley.
