The North Dakota Industrial Commission on Friday appointed Cathy Dub as president and CEO of the North Dakota Mill and Elevator.

Dub has worked for the state mill since 2014, first as controller and later as chief financial officer. She will succeed CEO Vance Taylor, who is retiring after 26 years in the position.
