KEENE, N.H. — Officials have linked the first New Hampshire cases of cyclosporiasis to a national outbreak of the gastrointestinal illness.

Though no cases have been confirmed yet in the Upper Valley, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services linked nine new cases of cyclosporiasis Thursday to recalled lettuce served at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, a Dartmouth Health affiliate.
